Refund policy

Pickleball Paddle Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • AJOIA offers a full refund on all pickleball paddles within 30 days of delivery.
    • Paddles must be purchased directly from AJOIA.com.
    • To qualify for a full refund, paddles must be returned in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with the original packaging. Any signs of use disqualify the paddle from a full refund.
  2. Restocking Fee:

    • In addition to the standard return process, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returned pickleball paddles.
    • The restocking fee covers administrative costs associated with processing returns.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Please ensure that returns are delivered to AJOIA and evaluated before a refund can be granted.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned paddle, our team will evaluate its condition.
    • If it meets all return requirements, we’ll process the refund.
    • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to apply to your original payment method.
  5. Defective Product:

    • If you believe your paddle is defective, submit a warranty claim to AJOIA Headquarters.
    • You’ll need proof of purchase (original receipt), purchase date, and the product name.
    • Only the original purchaser can file a warranty claim.
